To me he was just being honest. He said the hand should be 100% by the next game. He didn't say anything about starting or not starting. So we interpret. Because that's what we do. Interpret. We need to create "issues".by saying "see-he's trying to create a qb issue" . Maybe the only way, he could NOT create an issue, would be to be dishonest about his hand.
