Best was one of my favorites for sure but just after my time as a reporter. He went back to Cal for a bit as a grad assistant coach. Then he joined Trinidad on their olympic team as a sprinter because his dad had citizenship. He ran again Usain Bolt at the Olympics but obviously didn't medal.

So he's definitely been active since leaving the Lions!

Haven't seen anything in the last few years from him.
