Great post. I have felt that this team would benefit from an offensive coordinator. You verified that with some well reasoned analysis. An offensive coordinator could serve as a buffer between the QB and coach during the game. Goff has had enough tutoring. McVay needs to trust him and turn him loose. It would take a special guy to pull that off, but it needs to happen.
