In the beginning he was not a bad Football Coach, his first year the Rams went 7-8-1 and considering the previous that was an outstanding job, but he had no plan for the offense and for some reason would not hire a seasoned offensive coordinator. Some debate he himself said the move got in the way, but that is poppycock. He had an opportunity to hire Hue Jackson over Brian Schottenheimer in 2012 and didn't and then a couple of years later, when Schottenheimer left for Georgia, he could have hired somebody with OC experience and passed on them for Frank Cignetti. Again, Fisher just had no plan for offense for a league that had already moved in that direction.
