AD might be the best D lineman in the last 40 years (haven't studied Watt)--no one else is close. If AD is a 10, Warren Sapp might be an 8.5 at best,and he is a HOFer.
And, we all want what is 'due'.
What is Donald due? I am convinced that no one knows, not even AD. When we look back we will know. I think $23 is more than fair;
if AD wants $25 because he wants QB range, then I have to wonder about his ego. If he wants $25 mill because he thinks in 3 years that will be the going rate maybe he is smarter than all of us---and maybe he has projected out the number's like Poston did for Orlando Pace. So, maybe is fiar, and in 2020 we will have 20/20 on his true value after we win a few bowls.
In my opinion,
AD isn't as valuable any QB who is in the top 25 at his position---not even close; anyone who can't see that is....well...just my opinion. AD was probably as valuable as Goff was in 2016---Goff's ability to lose a game was as powerful as AD's ability to win it....ok, but really, if Donald misses a game, is he as valuable as Eli Mannning missing a game in 2016....really, what is your answer? My answer is: Eli blows away his back up.They would have no chance with out Eli (of course last years 3 wins was an anamoly for the Giants, so bad example, lol)
I have negotiated my salary 5 times, and 4 of the times was out of ego and what can I get----how valuable am I really.
I must be wrong, again
Best question yet: What starting QB is AD as valuable as? Bradford? no way; Keenum? no way.
