Goff will do the same or something similar if 2 years from now if they are not in tune with what qbs are getting at that point and their offer is not in keeping with that. (Not saying that will happen...it's just an analogy.)
But I just see this as a tough negotiation and the 2 sides just have to find a good compromise point. So that's what I focus on.
In terms of slamming AD's character, that kind of thing is old. IN 2000, before camp, Warner was up for a new deal, and Zygmunt was publicly balking at what he was asking, and there was talk that Kurt might hold out. On that year's version of this very board, there were debates with posters who were talking about how greedy and hypocritical he was and how the Rams didn't really need him. And this was after 99.
