He and his staff are actually pretty good talent evaluators. He's not 100% because he's not Nostradamus. If you look at a lot of the Michael Silver coverage when Fisher was in coach, the information that has come out about the Ram's draft board shows it was pretty good. Keep in mind he was trying to find the players that fit with what Fisher and Wiliams wanted--which in my view was no easy task. Even examples of things that went awry--like the ill-fated trade down with the Bears--showed he had the right two guys on the board at LB (Bobby Wagner, Mychal Kendricks) before they had the rug pulled out over the next five picks.
