I think the Rams are going out on a limb. This last trade was desperate.
You trade for a guy at the peak of his pay on the rookie contract and have zero assurances he will be with you next year...all for your first rounder?
I see people on the bandwagon on this deal yet want to get rid of Gurley after his rookie contract because he will warrant too much money? Heck, it probably wouldn't be any more than what Cooks will want.
Inconsistency on the board.
Cowherd and Mangini make valid points of concern. Only if you are a eye blockers Rams fan can you say there are real concerns.
Lets hope it works. Because if it doesn't, all this talk you all are hyped on because it Rams...wait till the downside comes...if it comes.
And by the way...almost every commentary on this trade was the Patriots won...FWIW...unless your reading this board.
