Most of the character drama that I have seen in locker rooms involve offensive players. It's the RB's and WR's that take issue with the coaches and the QB's because they need the ball whereas on the defensive side they just need to line up and play. They have no say as to what goes on in front of them. Their ego and pockets are padded by just doing their job.
The defensive guys brought in are truly on an island. Their concerns are not on the field. Heck, Peters may respect Talib more than he would a coach.
There shouldn't be much jealousy on that end. I don't think Cook should change the ego strife of the offense because they had Watkins last year. He will slide right in.
The big concerns for me are more along the lines of how we can hide our riches and keep the rest of the league from digging up our gold.
