Snead was handcuffed by the types of players that Fisher insisted upon. Fortunately, that has been corrected.
McVay wasn’t even here, so I fail to see how he’s at fault, unless one doesn’t like the Ogletree extension. And I suspect that Wade’s fingerprints (and blessing) were all over that one.
TBH, I’ve been very, very impressed by the personnel moves of this regime. From the quick release of Britt up to and including the MP and Quinn trades.
These guys really get it.
It seemed pretty clear Fisher controlled that team for the most part.
