Chasing losses is a dangerous trap where the more you chase the more desperate you become and the more you are prone to lose. It becomes cyclical. Luckily for me I am a very capable poker player
and the only time I gamble is when you give me a winner. (Philly in the playoffs)
As far as Jenkins, I would have preferred him over Tru 7 days a week and twice on Sunday. I just said in another thread that it was a mistake letting him go. The problem I have with JJ or MP are that they are too unpredictable to sign longterm. I thought JJ played quite well in 2016 but then the wheels fell off before surgery. And for as well as he has played, for the Giants (pro bowl starter, 2nd team all pro) why were you speculating he might be available this offseason? I have a feeling your answer is that McAdoo lost that team (you wouldn't be wrong) so I will be watching JJ closely this season to see if writes the ship.
