Too many knuckleheads on a team, then it becomes a problem. It takes away from your attention to football because you have to spend time "babysitting" the kids that can't pay attention or get in trouble.

I think Snead/McVay/Phillips understand all that. They talked to Peters for sure and told him what to expect. I'm sure Peters just told them he would fall in line and not be an issue if you can just get me out of KC.
