I will say this, from experience, you have a disruptive force inside your lockerroom always negative, always getting into screaming matches with coaches it causes disfunction. He will make friends, and those friends will have to choose sides and it becomes a mess.

For as average to below average Trae Waynes has been at CB for the Vikings, you don't see them trading him for a package of later round picks. Why is that? Because is a competent CB that is cheap. Oh and he doesn't give Mike Zimmer headaches.
