To me, that is what makes him a bonehead. Has he outgrown it? Who knows, but I've never been a fan.

Sounds like the new GM is cleaning house in KC and there was some obvious signs that he was having his issues with Andy.
Luckily for the Rams he’s had some issues, otherwise we never get a shot at the kid.
Yesterday on SiriusXM they said there were plenty of teams interested in him, but only three willing to pay the price.
Obviously this was a gamble, but if it pays off it is worth the wager tenfold
