The success of this deal is going to depend a lot on compensation. I think reasonable minds agree that TJ was gone along with the $17 million salary. He had to be replaced.

You take a big risk by bringing in the CB version of Richie incognito but the potential is there that at some point people grow up we're get on the right medications.

The upside is so great and our coach has shown no fear of parting ways with knuckleheads that I think it was worth the risk.

This is not a slam dunk by any stretch however
