We are talking about 2016 in particular ZN.
I'm done with this argument.
Grits
1. In the last several decades no team has done well after moving across state lines. Of all the teams that ever moved over the last decades, only one that moved in state has done well. That is a VERY low percentage. If you want I can quote the LA reporters who warned in advance that teams don't do well in a move year.
2. No Air Raid college system qb has ever done well playing in a pro system in his first couple of years. That includes Keenum. In fact the vast majority of Air Raid qbs were busts in the pros, and it's a heavy percentage. Being an Air Raid qb, Goff was just plain greener than most.
Those are factors too.
Plus (3) of course in 2016 they did the whole season without a running game largely because of Gurley himself, who was not the same back he was the year before or this year.
I will never agree much with any analysis that just flat out does not account for key contextual factors. You combine the things I named and they amount to a huge factor. And that's just fair analysis.
And on top of it you can still not like Fisher if you want. That's not important.
