as long as they know the penalty is against the other team. IMO, now that the ball automatically goes to the 25, I let it go into the end zone every time possible.
I'm not sure what they are doing with personal fouls... I think I saw one call where the PF overruled the oppositions penalty. I think that was preseason...
It really shouldn't be this hard.
