Well, how is any receiver supposed to do anything when all their team does is run the football? The Bills ran the ball 492 times last year which was second in the entire league only behind the Dallas Cowboys.
The Cowboys made Dez Bryant a sub 1000 yard receiver. Of course, Bryant did miss 3 games and would have been well over with those 3 games, but the point is if a high end WR like Bryant can be held down because of a heavy emphasis on the running game, it will impact the Bills Wrs as well.
The Bills running the ball so much is a big factor.
And thank God we didn't have to read about target percentages. To me folks that use that stat are completely missing the boat. Target percentage is a big negative, not a good excuse.
Basically, it is saying, the player can't get open.
