the culture of losing pre-dates Fisher's arrival
this club has been losing for a decade, and then another decade plus; with a brief burst of brilliance.

again, changing the face of the coach doesn't necessarily change the roots of the problem

One thing that keeps coming back to me is the coach's very young group.
Granted some of core players will be coming of age, but bringing some actually playoff personnel, "ring bearers," and yeah.....an offensive coordinator that has stature.

One of the key addtitions to the Vermeil group, Adam Timmerman, brought a couple of things with him that couldn't be underestimated.
A ring
A vet
An attitude.

I digress
it will be interesting to see if coach makes a move with his OL, and even tilts towards giving "the other RB" more touches.
