his advantage in tenn was he couldn't draft...and he IS the culture of losing in Stl/LA..he created it
that's from an old pysh major no one studies the players personalities more then me before the draft and my rankings are heavily influenced by what I find..also as an old, retired coach doubt many study the locker room/team morale as much as me
way too many knuckleheads on that team, way too little discipline and way too much screaming by the asst coaches coaches/DC rather then teaching....lack of trust/respect for the coaches and lack of trust for each other as players is killing that team...without a true alpha everyone believes they are the alpha
tell you a story about Allie Sherman coaching the 1st pro bowl. when asked who will be the starters he replied, "watch they will pick the starters themselves..." players just know. You can see it in a high school gym class to 8 year soccer tryouts..kids just line themselves up based on ability. It kills a team when players are given starter jobs without earning it..G Rob/Austin
