If they've changed their minds on CK after seeing him throw a whopping total of 24 passes this preseason with 97% of those passes traveling 15 yards or fewer I would be speechless. But with Fisher anything's possible especially when it comes to his evaluation of offensive players. If they have changed their minds I have no doubt Kroenke will change it again.

About the 'facts' thing... but more to point, IMHO... is LARams's reason they gave up so much and drafted Goff in the first place.
Keenum has, perhaps, changed their minds. That's certainly possible... but I think there is no question that at the end of last season and this year "pre-training" camp the consensus opinion of Fisher & Co. was that Keenum wasn't the guy who was going to get them to the playoffs.
I can't say I'd be 'shocked' that Keenum has changed their minds but it would surprise me somewhat. What they did to acquire Goff is pretty darned definitive, I think, in how they rated Keenum... and a training camp and 3 preseason games I don't think enough to turn around such a mind set.
I think Keenum being the starter speaks more to Goff than it does Keenum, and NOT that it speaks to Goff's potential or even his progress... which in their minds could very well be right on track. - JamesJM
