With Dotson or anyone that's had one really good year out of four, there is always the risk of him being a free agent "bust".
If Dotson would agree, an incentive laden contract (not sure what that entails with a guard) up to 16 mil might work out for both sides?
If he plays like he did this year - 16 mil. If he's out a lot or doesn't play well - 10 mil. Some way to reduce Ram's risk.
What do you all think of free agent Kevin Zeitler? A proven veteran you can count on not to bust - he's played well year after year.
A Zeitler contract would be half? of Dotson's for 2024 - 2025?
