Rams are going to be willing to pay Dotson, but not overpay. And, I suspect that they see Dotson more on the Stafford level than on the Corbett level.
If some team comes along and offers him way above what the Rams assessment is of his value, they won't pay it. And, I'll say, that when the Rams let a guy go that they really wanted to keep because someone offered that player the moon, hindsight says that well more often than not, the Rams were right and the new team didn't get near what they hoped for, for their money.
Provided the outsized offer doesn't appear, the Rams will make Dotson a highly paid OG, with no doubt his first year number being cap friendly.
We'll just have to wait and see.
