Sun Tzu and I have been saying it for a while also.
Young QBs take patience ... they make mistakes ... I don't think mcvay has that in him.
That said, the only way I can see it working is if we get an experienced college player (40 plus starts) who's older because of extra years ...
Then coach him up for a couple years but WITHOUT PRESSURE.
Otherwise I think we're going to look for vets during his tenure.
