Love McVay and wouldn't want anybody else to coach this team. But his stubbornness and blindness when it comes to certain matters, like those you mention (the kicker, in particular) is infuriating. He's a brilliant coach, but on some of these obvious, common sense matters, he completely loses all perspective.
