The team of McVay + Snead is Gold. They fit together perfectly, plan jointly and execute their plans in perfect harmony. You can't say that about most organizations. You only have to go back to Martz & Ziggy to see how unproductive disunity and power struggles to the organization.
They have also shown how they can morph their strategies from win now to retool & reset doing both with skill and excellence.
Rams struck gold with these 2 and thank God we have an owner who will spend the money and support the organization by letting them work unhindered.
Of course it doesn't take much for the board to turn on these guys or our star players like happened with Stafford.
