The winning percentage, the 2 SB appearances, the ring, the fact that we may not even have a losing season this year, the comparison to other great coaches, the fact that he is STILL the youngest coach in the NFL. By almost every metric, McVay tests off the charts.
The get rid of McVay crowd replaces him with an unknown theoretical coach who makes no mistakes and always has his team up and ready to play. The reality is, finding someone approximating as good as McVay is a low percentage play and why do that?
We are extremely fortunate to have him.

No unbiased person expected the Rams to be this good this year.
McVay took a gutted roster, filled it with a ton of no name kids 3 months ago, and has the Rams vying for the playoffs.
Fans saying mindless stuff like, “I'm done with McVay”, just don’t get how hard it is to do what McVay has done.
Thank goodness Kroenke isn’t stupid. Cause that’s what he’d have to be to move on from McVay.
If we go 9-8 this year, with the cards we were dealt in the offseason, it will be McVays best coaching job yet. A monumental achievement.
