But that's not what #%$&@ on this board want to hear, they'd rather stick with "he's on drugs, he should be fired, he and Snead don't know what they're doing" and other mindless drivel. Its easier to be intellectually lazy and just be dismissive instead of understanding how hard this is and appreciate the progress and consistency. As if there are tons of good coaches and GM's just waiting around for a job... Take a look around the league.
