Most of the guys in the spotlight (kicker, punter, long snapper, return dude) will be rookies and possibly prone to rookie mistakes.. Plus the whole gel thing.. As they always say, its a team sport and guys who have only known each other for a few months may have a tendency to not play as a unit (haha I said "unit" for a while..
