Very well said, we just buried my best friend and workout partner, yesterday. I could always count on him no matter what. If I called him at 3:00 am and told him, I needed him he would be there no questions asked. He was my workout partner for years and I would have never had benched 500lbs without him. Years ago, when I bounced in the clubs with him working the door, everyone thought I was fearless and I was, but it was because I knew he had my back, and he could get me out of whatever I got into. He is survived by a son whose gym I now train at, two beautiful daughters, and a beautiful wife. I am a better man today for having him as my friend.
