that's what I call sitting around the "Pow Wow." Get carried away and have fun....will you Boo the man?...LOL...Boo the SH^& out him! He eats it up......LOL......by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
sully the stadium our owner built with another teams players in memorial. They leave, and you have to take statues down, I don't like doing that. Besides that it was the old RAM players that in a drawn out way had a hand in this new building, not the chargers history. Bad enough they are "squatting" at So-Fi, don't memorialize it.by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
start working on a statue of AD and offer the bid to the RAMS/So-Fi complex......That would be so neat, a member of the board being immortalized by way of a statue outside the stadium.by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
also kinda sounds like they missed out on some things......Closing, choosing...I think choosing their options sounds more like they were/are in control....LOL......My point is if they tried to get a FA edge, several times or maybe once or twice and missed them I would say they painted themselves into a corner, now forced to go draft. I don't think they did that, I think the plan from the get go wby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
gives the impression that they inadvertently did this. They made a mistake, forgot what they were to address. When someone paints themselves into a corner they forgot to allow themselves a way out IMO. I still think they have really thought things through, they knew well before hand about AD...it's been primary on their mind IMO. They IMO looked at what was/is available, looked at those costs,by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
Hoecht (sp) back to the line, and if need be at times rotate him out to the edge, but basically bring him back to the line. I think he has some freakish athletic ability being over 300 lbs. and being some what able to play that edge spot. His weakness is when he needs to cover pass, he more than adequate at rushing. Doing this helps a lot on the down front rotation, kinda replacing Jonah withby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
Compare JG to CW $'s.......IMO the chiefs got the better player, but the $'s could also influence that thought.....If the chiefs got him at a better rate I'll be disappointed. More yards, almost 3-1 ratio in TD to INT, physically bigger, physically more talented......Did the chiefs give him more $'s?by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
now his blocks didn't blow anyone up, but he dang sure got in the way on several plays to allow the guy with the ball to make extra yards, and in at least 1 spot score a TD(don't remember who it was). But I have to disagree that he didn't block anyone, now is he as good as DeMarcus was in blocking? No as you say he's not that body type, but he did put his nose in there every time he was needed tby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
I would think he did/could take the top off. Just because they IMO under-utilized him doesn't mean he can't play. If he couldn't take the top off why did they use him as a decoy at times, he would just have been ignored, more than played up against. I am still saying put him with the chiefs and Mahomes and see what they get out of him. I must say that picking a guy in the 2nd and not usingby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
from the chiefs did his 'Fools" antic a day or 2 early.........It's really fun to have a fast car (I've had a couple) but running them on populated roads is dumb as sh%^.....I knew that even when I was younger. They are fun, but the main thing is to respect them as well, others will be more impressed as well with your property....To be honest a fast car looks great sitting still, take it somby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
he should be running a team....LOL...So since they didn't go Edge they are in trouble, they planned bad, they made a big mistake......Sounds like a guy who didn't get his own wish and hence they made a mistake. Again the guy is in the wrong business, he should be a GM, wonder why his door isn't being knocked on for it? And where is that they tried to go with a FA edge, who was it they brought iby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
are brought about by the media. I really had no thoughts at all about the TE room being in trouble, but that's just me.....I guess there could be a lot of fans concerned, I am not one. Kinda like the fear they help bring about with must get a Edge in FA "Issue"........LOL......by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
Now I hope all believe that they never had any real interest in any of these big name rushers. It was always in the cards for the draft, now go get 1 of the top 4 guys....1 will be there.....by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
I wouldn't put it into the remorse area though. I really did like Witherspoon, I liked his height and speed, I liked the way he handled the young guys, even when a screw up just happened. He stayed calm, never lost his "balance" even when he got beat, and he never went overboard when he made a play....and he made several big ones. I know he has nagging injuries (or so it seems), heby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
and Kupp go they would have addressed this earlier. All their big moves were done up front before/right after the action opened up. It seems to me they have been specific in what they have been going after, they went O-Line and they also left out Edge.....I think I heard they can still manipulate their cap space with guys in their lower tiers....like trading TuTu ($1 Million), Redoing Higs (@$3by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
The guy was coming off a knee tear, only to then blow out his Achillies.....We all know how Cam was after his deal, then he did it again (I think) with the vikings. This DB was lights out before these injuries, but these are MAJOR injuries. I am kinda afraid that we are starting that thing with picking up injured players again, but this time we gave out a chunk of change. I realize it's not asby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com

Is it going to clean energy ideas? I just don't see anything actually going to structure issues, more towards green energy plans. Or is the bill just full of pork plans so that actually little money is hitting the areas of need? I can bet that the 1st thing some will want to do is another infrastructure bill...by roman18 - Bucky's Pub
Just wondering, thinking ahead at issues like Jones, and possible issues dealing with restructures to Matthew and/or Kupp at this time. I thought at 1 time I heard they were flush with cap ...like 75 million, then I thought I heard they were pretty low at this time for next season.by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
He didn't play much, but I do remember his splash play that was negated by a penalty against him. He returned an INT for a TD only for it to be called back because he had a penalty. I don't remember if the penalty was ticky tacky or not, but the flag was thrown. I look past that penalty and see a guy who was ball aware and very twitchy after the INT. He showed ball skills, although on a VERY lby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
Out of all those choices you came up with I can only agree with Robinson. Tavon would be thought of differently if his punt returns were allowed to stand. Many of his returns that went for big yards, some even TD's were called back due to penalties, not his fault. His play on offense was relegated to what the system was and that offense reeked. Quick made some outlandish catches but was injurby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
means little to nothing in actual play on the field. His #'s have the RAMS ranked 31st out of 32 in 2023? His #'s also have Shelton higher than our newly acquired RG? The very guard who has a Pro Bowl vs. being who was considered the weak link on our line last year? Sometimes I think these analytics offer nothing but a job for those who make them up. I am not saying this for bias to the RAMSby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
a guy from another team doesn't mean he's a make for your team. These guys are not cookie cutters....Some edge guys emerge with help from others around them. Without certain players around them they don't perform as well. Sure, and I mean for sure guys cost a TON of money..... To say that a rookie edge can't play as good as a vet just isn't true, any more than any other position on a team. Aby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
I mean that statement just doesn't cut it to me.....because FA isn't any where the end all in getting your roster either. Many FA choices turn out to be if not flops, they don't live up to the money spent. Both options can be considered risks to a point. Saying an Edge in the draft isn't a sure thing but a WR is, or a lineman is, or a QB is? etc......The team has gone with their spending mostlyby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
Why is it that it looks like so many find it hard to imagine getting a good edge rusher in the draft and that only through FA can we get a good one. Some of the very posters who are afraid of getting your edge in the draft are very up for getting a WR in the draft.....WR is supposed to be a hard starting point for a rookie, but no issue going there in the draft? I'm talking 1st round here. Iby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
the way he's talked about on this board I would find it difficult for anyone to want to trade for him no matter what draft pick they would do it with. For myself, I am hoping that he can be a pleasant surprise, while at the same time expecting nothing. He could really save us in several areas if he can become a roster spot.....if he doesn't you drop him, IMO he is of no trade value at all rightby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
IMO talking about spending can lead to mistaken ideas. Yes they are spending more on O than D, but that in no way means that the D is that far behind, or much worse relative to the O. They are cheaper on D because they are hitting on draft picks on the D that are in key positions. Turner, Young, Lake, Durant, Jones, Brown.....they are all on rookie contracts but are really playing at if not aby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
spending money is only part of the equation. What's failing to be recognized it although the D is way behind in overall spending is the fact that they were able to hit on so many prospects in their draft class. They essentially are being paid nickles to the dollar for Turner, Lake, Young, and as yet Jones as well as Kendricks, not to forget Taylor, and Durant. If they add 2-3 more rookies to thby roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
in my 3 ways he goes. Don't think they would let him stick around long enough to drag anyone down though.....by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
I wouldn't move on, still draft a QB (in the low rounds, UDFA area, but I wouldn't throw him out the door. You dump him you get/save nothing. He's a player that A: he doesn't pan out B: He makes the team and becomes a 3rd spot developmental guy C: He comes on in the Spring/Summer and challenges for a roster spot.by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com
