Where is this infratructure bill money going to?

Is it going to clean energy ideas? I just don't see anything actually going to structure issues, more towards green energy plans. Or is the bill just full of pork plans so that actually little money is hitting the areas of need? I can bet that the 1st thing some will want to do is another infrastructure bill...
