so how does a school go about moving up or down a division ?
here , the only way a school moves up or down , is by enrollment numbers , like I said before , school sizes determine what class your in , grades 9-11
and these numbers are reevaluated every three years , so no matter what , your stuck at your class for at least three years , at a time
only if your school gains , or loses X number of students in that three year time , will you then be put in a different class , but thats determined only by the state
it's not like you can just request , to jump to a different class , thats not allowed
after that three years is up, maybe only a handful of schools will move to a different class , maybe 2% of the schools would be affected
I tried to goole class size per class , but couldn't find what I was looking for , I'm, probably asking the wrong question................lol
but as an example
class 1A is like up to a 100 Students 9-11
class 2A is like 101 - 150 Students 9-11
class 3A is like 151 - 200 Students 9-11
class 4A is like 201 - 250 Students 9-11
class 5A is like 250 on up Students 9 -11
thats not the exact numbers , but it's something like that
our school is around 90 Students , 9-11 , and we're usually fairly consistent at that number , give or take any given year
but , if we to happen to bounce up to 101 students on the year they reevaluate , then they would move us up one class , which we would have to play in the next three years
