Unfortunately I cannot recall what it actually looked like... that could be it.

Their gravy was different as well... brown gravy but not like any brown gravy I've ever had here.... same look different flavor.

What amazed me the most about German food in Germany was the consistency across the entire country... although I was not often in far northern Germany but the rest of the country the food was more consistent than McD's in the USA.
