I don't have the talent. I am almost 100% reliant on others to cook for me. My son is a great cook. It just comes natural for him... sounds like for you too? I wish to hell I could but God's purpose for me lies elsewhere.... like being really really really good at complimenting other's cooking.
BUT... there are a couple of things I can do well... pancakes. I wouldn't call myself 'great' but I'm pretty good with pancakes.
Hey, this reminds me... I often make myself eggs for breakfast... mostly over-easy but I like eggs cooked anyway you can cook an egg. So I want to know.. HOW IN THE HELL can you consistently make eggs over-easy and NOT break the yoke. I can break egg yokes by simply looking at them. Also I have no dexterity whatsoever with a spatula. Spatulas and zip lock bags both born of the devil. - JamesJM
