like - are they trying to 'increase' participation? If you thought I was doubting the article no... not in the least.
Agreed that participation is down... we've felt it here. Not a huge drop off but definitely noticeable.
My personal theory is probably one you at least consider a 'factor'... video games... or more accurately, all tech related activities, not just gaming.
