because I'm suffering the same malady... and it has nothing to do with being tired of music, in general... nothing could be further from the truth.

But playing the same songs year after year... as I've mentioned before, is growing stale.

One of my favorite things to occur during my life were those impromptu jam sessions that could pop up most anywhere and anytime. A group of musicians coming together by happenstance and just for the hell of it abandoning the party, or whatever event you were at, and jamming.... songs you all knew, songs you didn't.
