I try to adhere to the same.... I don't think I'm better than most. Some for sure. 
HOWEVER....
The laughing at my own faults..... well, I tried that.... but the side effect was horrible. I giggled all day.... causing others to comment, "here comes that giggling moron. ignore him". - JamesJM
