3 of the last 4 cars I've bought I bought at CarMax. I never get a 72 loan.... 3 or 4 years at most.

I buy at CarMax because it's easy - NOT because it's the best. I despise the haggle of buying a car at other places BUT - - You will almost never find that the best deal at a CarMax... but it won't be outrageously more.

The service and repair is poor at best... but in my experience being 'poor' makes them exactly the same, or better, than every other car dealer out there. Just to note: The worst service I''ve experienced is with Kia. HENCE:

Unless the service or repair is 'out of warranty' I NEVER use a car dealer...I use an independent repair shop.
