My partner drove her 2004 Honda Civic until it just died one day in January and my 2008 Honda Ridgeline was raining rust anytime that I drove over a bump or whenever someone closed a door. I bought a Nissan Frontier last summer and she got CRV a couple of months ago. I wouldn’t describe either of our experiences with the dealers as being overwhelmingly positive but the Honda dealer was an easier, more pleasant process than Nissan. My favourite thing was when the Nissan dealer acted like I was getting special treatment when he threw in floor mats as part of the deal. It’s amazing the difference in price if you want a couple of extra features like a heated steering wheel or leather seats. I’m hoping to never have to buy another vehicle before I leave the Earth.
