I believe it comes in 5mg and 10mg, so once 5mg has lost its punch you go to 10mg.. and they also have a timed released version of Ambien, which would be better for me.. not because it keeps me asleep all night, but because when you pop an Ambien, you have "window" to fall asleep in.. maybe an hour, at most.. if you're not asleep and the window closes, you're in big trouble.. but with timed released Ambien, atter that hour window passes, you've still got the Ambien calvary coming over the hill to assault your insomnia, so not all is lost..
MANY times I have missed my hour window.. almost always on weekends cuz I sleep later and drink more sweet tea for dinner etc..
Probably the best way to take it would be to burn through a bottle, then take something else and burn through that bottle, then go back to Ambien - just rotate every month so you don't build up too much tolerance..
Friendship is like peeing your pants.. Everybody can see it, but only you can feel the warmth..
