How does she spend her days? Does she garden? Have pets? Watch tv? Read? Go for walks?
Was she like reclusive and a loner as a young woman? And other than speaking her mind with no filter... what are conversations like with her? I mean... what does she like to talk about?
How old is she? IF she has bladder cancer, I'm trying to picture her going through surgery and recovery if she is unable to care for herself at all. It will be really hard... not impossible... but tough.
