He has everything you want in a RB.....Except breakaway speed to take it the distance.
He'll hit the seam, but that's it....There's no EXTRA GEAR to get that angle on the safety and out race him 60 yds to the end zone.
He does not run with reckless abandon like his hair is on fire...More like he's "smooth" and glides, seems like he's not running at 100%.
I know....He's really turned it on lately...He can catch....He made a great block on a blitz last week....He tends to not fumble, but does put it on the ground once in a while.
I also still am weary about "what actually" got him in the dog house this year....Rams are always very tight lipped and keep this stuff in house, but can that "issue" pop up again? Is it still a concern for the Rams and McVay?
It's the NFL...RB's get injured....Akers/Williams seem to be good.....BUT, I'm still drafting another RB in this years DRAFT.
