But if we're keeping it real though...
Though no one is denying that the Rams offense is an unmitigated disaster, it would seem that (for many) the same could be said of the defense.
And it's simply not true.
Not sure who is saying the same thing for the defense BRO. I think "most" of us agree the D is playing well enough to win every game. The main reason we are losing is due to the lack of offense.
My thing with the D is that they can play better "situational football" by adjusting out of the soft zone a little more. IMO, we are the most predictable D in the NFL and play the most off coverage of any team in the NFL and rarely deviate from it.
There seemed to be no input from Morris or McVay on that last drive by TB too. Obviously not everyone was on the same page on D. Someone should have stepped up and refocused the troops but no leader took charge. They just watched it happen.
The National media is now talking about it more too. Baldy's doing vids. It's gaining more attention every game.
Our D might be the least of our worries but that doesn't mean there aren't things that could be changed/adjusted to make our D even better. Baldy, Dungy and Romo amongst others have all agreed.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
