You simply can't compare dissimilar opponents then say the results were equal.
Some people.
Okay, so Stafford's great start was not that good--the 2nd half is who he was
based on your theory.
People just cannot give it up. No matter what.
And it was someone else, a Morris hater, who first posted it. And
when people were still on Morris in 2nd half of season, and they
were, they didn't account for opponent strength
Also, in first half they didn't account for the changes in personnel
that the new guys were not as good as the 2020 guys, both
starters and role players
Go through all those posts--
Johnson>Fuller
Fuller>Rapp
Brockers> A-Rob
Morgan Fox> than 92 and 96
Kiser>Young
Hill>Long
Ebukam>Lewis
Williams slumped, moving from outside to inside a lot
all covered, dude and all just ignored
and the mob went after Morris
And when it was shown they were know nothings
in terms of the scheme, again, they didn't care
about that, just blame Morris
Sorry, no sympathy for people who were wrong then
and want to think something magical has happened
to Morris, that he somehow changed the scheme
in the 2nd half of the season.
So, if you think defense, performed the same statistically
against better opponents and that made the defense
slightly better, fine.
But the lie is that Morris somehow got "aggressive"
and somehow abandoned his match coverages
and he didn't.
People were b!tching about this this season.
Whine, cry, moan . . . so it is important to
stop the lies.
It just is.
