Every position can't be a priority.
In the NFL, and very much so for the Rams, OG is a revolving door. They value Center and OT as do most NFL teams.
I do agree that the Rams will not spend money on Allen with Shelton available. Little if any drop off. They'll want to secure LT, and then figure out what they want to do at RG. I suggest it'll be an in house competition with my best on Anchrum to emerge.
A couple of options at LT. Keep Whit, let Noteboom walk, elevate Jackson as back up and heir apparent for the 23 season. Or.... Whit retires, they keep Noteboom, and Jackson takes on the role of swing OT. Impossible to know what the Rams are thinking on that front right now. But I have no doubt they already know what they're going to do.
My takes…
It’s dollars to donuts that Whit retires and they extend Boom.
I think that extending Allen and/or Corbett are 50-50, at best. I suspect that they like their inexpensive OL bench and will draft some development OL players in next draft.
I think both Miller and OBJ will be extended because they both love it here and Rams will find a way. I feel pretty strongly on this for both.
Michel did a great job but I think he’ll be a cap casualty goner.
Woods will still be a Ram next year.
Mundt is 50-50 to be extended and I think Hopkins will be released. I doubt that Hopkins could even fetch a future 7th, tbh.
I wouldn’t be at all surprised if a CB is our pick in the 3rd round. If not, then maybe a S or ILB that they really like.
