IMO, it sure is on Morris. Our D was hardly on the field in the first half. They should have been fresh the entire second half. They basically had the first half off.

If they became gassed in the second half then who was in charge of subbing in the backups to give the starters a breather?

Maybe Morris should have subbed some guys in more often?

Even if the drop off is huge, you have to do it or else you risk players getting gassed...just like they did.

IMO, Morris takes a lot of blame by not noticing it and making changes. JMHO
