I find it interesting that Morris has said this quote "Stats are for losers" not only with the Rams but back in 2016. The problem in saying this, is that it's all about winning football games, and relinquishing the lead with 1 minute to go in the game is the not the way to get there. His defense is not coached well, from poor tackling to not subbing the DL so that they are not exhausted at the end of the game.
Staley had tremendous halftime changes, if I recall correctly. He could adjust well - REALLY WELL - in game. Morris does not, and his background does not support the kind of football IQ that Staley brought to the table. All in IMHO, of course.
