This topic is imo so overboard.
Stafford is having a great year. At Minny, he simply had 1 REALLY bad play. That bad play was when they were backed up at their own goal line and he should have just thrown the pass away. Instead he tried to make lemonade out of lemons and blew it. INT and then easy drive to give Minny 7 points.
Another INT was the result of a linemen reaching up and batting the ball. EVERY QB has that happen. It's not a QB mistake; it's a good play by a DLman and a lucky right place right time for an LB.
The other INT that for some reason no one seems to want to look at the tape, Stafford was hit just as the ball was leaving his hand. Thus the pass was about 6 or 7 yards short.
And yes he did miss some other passes that he normally makes.
Yet this also doesn't take into account the extremely limited practice time over the past 2 weeks.
But it's also fair to chalk it up to a day that he just didn't play well and he fully acknowledge as much. As though Brady hasn't had those days. Or that Rogers hasn't. Sometimes it just happens. But to look at the other 14 games as compared to this one and make the one as indicative of the usual Stafford defies results, stats, and logic.
Calm down people. Stafford is a superior QB and he'll have a really good day against the Ravens because it will be a normal week, with practices. And because Stafford doesn't live in the past.
