how you see a similarity is amazing....1 guy is throwing the ball for 15+ yards a shot the other guy 2-5 yards.....1 guy makes a mistake and keeps going to the air, the other guy throws it to a check down.....You see a lot of Goff in Stafford.....I see a guy who is head and shoulders different......It's been since 2018 when I saw Goff throwing passes in a row of 20, 20, 30 yards and sprinkling in a 40+ yard pass.....I saw Stafford do that last night, and pretty much every game in a RAM uni......I guess all you see is an INT.....if that's al you see are his mistakes, well I can't change your depiction...a man can only see what his eyes see.
At one time Jared seemed on the way to being the guy to run Seans' offense, using the entire field.....threatening a defense from anywhere.....then he fell into a dink/dunk offense that he seemed to want to run.....a coach who seemed to deliver what his QB could do.....a trade comes and boom 5 plays of 40+ in 5 games......other balls going 20-30 yards...and you see a bad interception and to be fair some badly thrown balls and you see Goff all over again.....
When Stafford starts checking down every time, when we have 3rd and longs and he's throwing a 5 yard pass or a WR screen to gain 10-12 yards, when I see a guy holding the ball too long and getting whacked and fumbling....I will agree with you.
